ITERA will issue RUR 2bn in bonds of the 01 series

ITERA will issue RUR 2bn (about USD 68.45m) in bonds of the 01 series. Some 2m bonds will be placed with a par value of RU1,000 (about USD 34.22) each. This bond issue was approved by the company's Board of Directors on October 6.
The securities will have 6 coupon periods. The rate of the first coupon will be set on the day of placement.
ITERA is Russia's independent gas producer. It supplied 30.7bn cubic meters of gas in 2003. Its major gas consumer is the Sverdlovsk Region. The consolidated profit of ITERA was $57.9m last year.
