ITERA oil/gas company to launch 3-yr bonds for 2 bln rbl

The BOD of ITERA oil/gas company, ITERA International Group, has decided today, Oct. 6, to release 3-yr bonds worth 2 bln rbl.
2 mln bonds, 1,000 rbl par each, will be offered at MICEX by open subscription. The bonds will carry six half-yr coupons with the first coupon rate to be set over the placement auction. The 2nd coupon will equal the first one, the remaining coupons will be fixed by the issuer at least 14 days before the date of the previous coupon.
OOO ITERA Holding is expected to provide 3 bln rbl collateral.
ITERA has previously released neither rbl nor eurobonds.
