ITERA to start placing bonds in early January

ITERA will start placing RUR2bn (about USD70.6m) in bonds before January 12 to 15, ITERA CEO Valery Otchertsov declared. According to him, the company expects the bond annual yield to be about 14 to 15 percent.
As reported earlier, the Board of Directors of ITERA decided to issue RUR2bn in bonds of the 01 series this October. Some 2m bonds will be placed on free subscription. The company is planning to invest the raised resources in implementing oil and gas projects in Russia.
