ITERA Oil and Gas Company to pay out a total of RUR 341.65 million as 2005 dividends

ITERA Oil and Gas Company will pay out RUR 341.65 million as dividends for 2005, according to the stakeholder shares in the authorized capital. ITERA’s total profit in 2005 was RUR 1.13884 bln. After the dividends payout, RUR 797.19 mln will remain at company’s disposal.
According to ITERA information, the decision was made at shareholders annual general meeting of May 15, 2006. The shareholders also appointed 7 members of the Board of Directors at the meeting.
