Hungarian boilers to be constructed in Sverdlovsk Region

Uralsevergaz and Regiongaz-Invest, ITERA Oil & Gas Company subsidiaries, signed a cooperation agreement with GB GANZ, a Hungarian heating equipment producer. Vladimir Kuzyushin, Uralsevergaz General Director, Igor Shirokov, Regiongaz-Invest General Director, and Tamash Nemchok, GB GANZ General Representative signed the document.  The three companies will jointly develop Russian heating appliance market.

According to Uralsevergaz press service, cooperation will start by supplying and assembling a high-tech 5 MW block module boiler in Kirovgrad, Sverdlovsk Region. The commissioning of RUR 15 million boiler is expected this autumn.

In the framework of heating infrastructure upgrade program, GB GANZ supplies to Sverdlovsk Region (gas burners and boilers, heating appliances and gas block module boiler houses) are to increase in future.

Uralsevergaz has been supplying gas to Central Urals since 1999. The total gas supplies from 1999 until March 2006 amounted to 121.8 BCM.

Regiongaz-Invest carries out construction of branch pipelines, gas distribution networks and upgrade of regional heating systems. The company constructed and put into operation 24 heat generators with a total capacity of 235 MW. It also constructed 230 km of branch pipelines and gas distribution networks.

Cooperation agreement between famous Hungarian heat equipment producer and ITERA’s subsidiaries is the first achievement of Hungarian trade representative office in Yekaterinburg headed by Gabor Reppa.
