OAO Siberian Oil & Gas Company (Sibneftegaz, Novy Urengoi) has issued additional shares.
According the issuer’s information, 580,000 shares with a face value of RUR 1000 have been placed through open subscription. The total additional stock floatation is RUR 580 million.
The additional stock floatation has provided a 30 fold increase of the equity. As of January 1, 2006 it was RUR 20 million.
Sibneftegaz was established in 1994. The major shareholder is ITERA Oil & Gas Company with 66.25% stake. The main asset is Beregovoye gas and gas condensate field in Purovsk Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
