Human Resources Service of ITERA is among the best in Russia

Solemn ceremony of prize distribution to winners of the II All-Russia Contest "The Best Russian Human Resources Service" had taken place on September 29 in the House of Unions in Moscow. The Human Resources Service of ITERA Oil and Gas Company was acknowledged the winner among personnel subdivisions of Russian enterprises and organizations of various fields of activities and forms of ownership.

According to Press-Service of the Company, "An honorary diploma of the winner was awarded to the collective of ITERA Oil and Gas Company Human Resources Service for the successful activity on development and implementation of personnel policy under conditions of transition to market economy. Personal acknowledgements were also given to V.F.Vakhonin, the leader of the Service, and S.Yu. Kolosov, I.Yu. Bobrovskaya, O.V. Turchaninova, and N.A. Silvestrova, officers of the Service.

Prestigious rewards were also given to personnel services of  the Administration services of the President and the Government of the RF, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the RF, and LukOil.

The contest, in which over 200 enterprises and organizations took place, was carried out with the aim of public encouragement of the best personnel services that are a success at implementing efficient human resources management based on modern personnel management technology.
