The BOD meetings have been held at ITERA International Group of Companies, ITERA Oil and Gas Company LLC, and Suntera, a company forming part of ITERA International Group of Companies.
The discussed issues included further development of the companies. Confirmation was given to the intention to maintain gas as the company’s core business. In the context of company structure upgrade, gas business will be separated from other ITERA activities. Some non-core assets are expected to be disposed of.
Upon the proposal of Igor Makarov, BOD Chairman of ITERA International Group of Companies, President Alexander Korsik will be in charge of the company structural upgrade.
SUNTERA Board of Directors reviewed international projects of the group and discussed the company’s major business directions in 2007.
