Under the instruction of ITERA Group Ltd, the Press-Service of ITERA Oil and Gas Company is authorized to state as follows:
This is to state officially that a legal claim by Olga Krutova to ITERA Group Ltd (Company) and its principal shareholders, with a regional Court of Limassol (Cyprus) ended up with an amicable settlement award of the Court.
According to conditions of the amicable settlement, O. Krutova unconditionally and without reservation called off her action on the company dissolution, as well as all the claims to the Company and its principal shareholders.
In result of the amicable settlement she has been paid a certain amount. The size of the amount is way below her initial claim. O. Krutova is no longer shareholder of the Company.
This is also to advise that the Company and its principal shareholders do not exclude a possibility of an amicable settlement of Galina Weber’s legal claim. At this point of time, though, this possibility is much complicated by unreasonably excessive financial claims of G. Weber and a legal counter claim of a criminal nature on the part of the Company to G. Weber and Urs Weber, her husband.
