Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Byelarus met Igor Makarov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITERA International Group of Companies, and Valery Korotkov, Director of ITERAINVEST Holding, in Minsk on July 24.
It was stressed during the meeting that ITERA was interested to develop cooperation with the Republic of Byelarus in implementing new investment projects. In particular, prospects for ITERA participation in construction of a modern residential area and Minsk-City, an administrative-business center, in the central part of the capital city of Byelorussia were discussed.
Presentation of a conceptual town planning design on building a Minsk-1 airport, and a region near the national library was made.
President of Byelorussia took a favorable view of the proposals presented by ITERA and variants of how to implement this project.
ITERAINVEST Holding, an ITERA International Group of Companies company, expects to accomplish the construction project of the Minsk-1 Airport area within the term of five years.
