ITERA-Invest-Stroi and BazelCement have signed a cooperation agreement. The daughter companies of major industrial holdings:- ITERA and Bazovy Element, intend to initiate joint development of new fields in the near future for production of cement and construction of cement plants in Sverdlovsk region, Belorussia, Armenia and Turkmenistan. The companies have successful experience of conducting business in various parts of Russia and abroad.
ITERA-Invest-Stroi ranks among the largest real estate developers in the Russian and Belorussian markets, implementing real estate projects in the Ukraine and Turkmenistan. The cooperation with BazelCement, an aggressive and reliable cement market player, will enable the company to achieve the task of stable and quality supply for ñòðîéìàòåðèàëàìè âîçâîäèìûõ îáúåêòîâ.
ITERA's reputation and potentials in conjunction with BazelCement's experience in developing cement feedstock deposits, constructing and upgrading cement plants should give a powerful impulse for the combined business to grow.
