They in Gubkinsky town solemnized the 10th jubilee of ZAO Purgaz, the company that commissioned and successfully operated Gubkinsky gas and condensate field, one of the largest fields in the region.
The Purgaz collective produced and delivered over 120 billion cu m of natural gas to consumers in the past years. The Company continues developing successfully. A powerful booster compressor station has been commissioned in the field. New well clusters have been drilled there. Purgaz successful operation in Gubkinsky field testifies to the fact that business partnership of the state in the person of Gazprom and a private company in the person of ITERA may be very efficient. The two Companies jointly develop and operate this field. They hold 51% and 49% shares of Purgaz respectively. Purgaz is active in social and charitable programs of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and Gubkisky town.
Gennady Skidanov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, warmly congratulated the collective of the field on behalf of the Company and expressed confidence that Purgaz would remain among right guides in the gas industry.
