ITERA is to construct a Pavlovy Ozera fashionable village
ITERA started implementing a Pavlovy Ozera (Pavlov’s Lakes) Project, one of the largest ones among habitats in the Moscow Region. The fashionable weekend house settlement intended for five thousand people is being constructed 20 kilometers off Moscow near Novorizhskoye Shosse (New Riga highway). The area of the settlement is over 180 ha. It is going to be completed in five years.
Inhabitants of Pavlovy Ozera shall enjoy all privileges of civilization without leaving its territory. Comfortable detached houses, a school, a kindergarten, health care facilities, trading and business facilities and sport and recreation center shall be located around a picturesque Lobanovskiy Lake surrounded with coniferous and leafy forests. A bathing beach, a boat station, an angler lodge and an intimate restaurant shall be open on the lakeshores.
The Pavlovy Ozera Project was acknowledged the best one and awarded Settlement-2008, an All-Russia Independent Prize for achievements in low-rise and villa construction.
