An Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of ZAO Uralsevergaz, an affiliate of ITERA Oil and Gas Company that acts as a natural gas supplier to the Sverdlovsk Region, was held in Ekaterinburg.
Results of the enterprise activity in 2007 were summed up. It was pointed out that commitments on natural gas supply to all categories of consumers in 2007 accounting year have been fulfilled in full. The volume of gas supplied was 18.948 billion cu m, which was 0.7 per cent above the same index in 2006. The entire energy demand of industry, social sphere, housing and public utilities sector was fully met. Natural gas is being supplied to the Region based on a Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and ITERA Oil and Gas Company.
Shareholders have approved of the Enterprise Annual Report, financial statements for 2007, and elected Board members. Tasks related to implementation of the Gas Program for 2008 have been approved. About 19.6 billion cu m of natural gas shall be supplied to the Sverdlovsk Region this year.
Vladimir Makeyev, Chairman of the Management Board of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralsevergaz. Vladimir Kuzyushin was elected General Director of the Enterprise.
