The First Deputy Mayor of Moscow Vladimir Resin was elected the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in joint venture Minsk-City. The managing company has been established to implement a large scale architectural project in the Republic of Belarus implying the use of the latest construction technology.
JV Minsk-City will undertake a phased erection of a contemporary mini city in the Capital of Belarus until the year 2020 occupying the area of 318 hectares which will accommodate a business center, shopping mall, residential districts and a network of social infrastructure facilities. The preliminary cost of the project is 4.8 billion US Dollars.
ITERA International Group of Companies us a strategic investor in the project. Among other investors in JV Minsk-City are ZAO SU-155 undertaking the functions of technical customer and main contractor, and KUP Misnki Gorodskoy Center Nedvizhimosti (Minsk Town Rear Estate Center) representing the Minsk Municipal Executive Committee.
