ITERA-Invest-Story, a developer company of ITERA International Group of Companies, has commenced construction of Pavlovy Ozera (Pavlov’s Lakes), the first housing development of a town type in the Moscow area. It is comparable to the famous Monte Carlo in size (200 ha).
The Pavlovy Ozera Project has been awarded an All-Russia independent Settlement of the Year 2008 prize for achievements in low-rise houses and country-house construction.
The plan is to construct about 700 cottages and town-houses of original architecture within three years just 15 kilometers off Moscow in Istrinsky Region. The terrain is picturesque there. There is a chain of lakes, coniferous and leafy forests there. Inhabitants of the settlement will enjoy social infrastructure that is optimal for urban life: cross functional trade and sports complexes, a school, a kindergarten and a large business-centre. Avenues and streets, cycling routes of Pavlovy Ozera will lead to the center of the housing development, a Lobanovskiy Ozero (Lobanovskiy Lake) boulevard. A few beach areas, a boat station, restaurants and a fishing village shall be constructed there.
An innovative element of the Project includes a new approach to building up a country living environment, infrastructure, architectural and planning concept, usage of advanced finishing materials in construction.
The first stage of construction envisions completion of roads and engineering facilities, cleaning the lakes, reinforcing and developing the bank line. Pavlovy Ozera’s first street with 50 lux-class cottage houses on land plots with an area of 0.25-0.30 ha each shall be constructed next summer.
ITERA-Invest-Story has signed a cooperation agreement with OOO ELGAD, a well-known construction holding. It acts as a general contractor of the Project.
Let’s point out that ELGAD had participated in Tsaritsino reserve museum restoration Project, construction of the so called Third transportation Ring and Leningradskoye Road in Moscow, as well as other important facilities.
ITERA-Invest-Story, the developer company, is currently involved in 15 projects with an aggregate area of 5.8 million square m in Russia, Belarus and Turkmenistan. Among those are: the well-known Minsk-City, a town of future intended for 60 thousand citizens of the Byelorussian capital city, Timiryazevsky multiuse center in the north of Moscow, a hotel complex in Avaza resort zone in the Caspian Sea area in Turkmenistan.
