ITERA Development Group has repaid a signature loan of Rub 111.1 million. The funds had been raised to finance the Current Investment Projects Program.
ITERA Development Group, a member of ITERA International Group of Companies, is involved in 18 construction projects with a total area of 6 million sq m in Russia, Byelorussia and Turkmenistan. Construction of a cross functional complex and a country housing development, redevelopment of industrial enterprises make the company’s priority task.
The IDG projects include housing estate in Rublevskoye roadway and an Office Center in Michurinskiy Avenue in Moscow, Pavlovy Ozera (Pavlov’s Lakes) bungalow village in the Moscow Region, redevelopment of Vpered (Forward) Moscow Machinery Construction Plant.
The Company is involved in large-scale international projects: Minsk-City and the Business Center in the capital city of Byelorussia.
ITERA Development Group is currently constructing five projects. One of them is a sports complex with a stadium for 10 000 seats. It is expected to be open this March.
