Shareholders of OJSC Sibneftegaz, at their extraordinary meeting on November 25, determined the volume of gas to be supplied by ITERA and Status, LLC, the Sibneftegaz’s shareholders, in 2009.
According to the issuer, up to 5.61 billion cu m of gas may be supplied under the agreement with Status, LLC, in 2009. This figure includes up to 4 875.84 million cu m of gas to be supplied from Beregovoye gas-condensate field, and up to 734.16 million cu m from Pyreinoye field.
Next year, up to 5.39 billion cu m of natural gas is to be supplied under the agreement with ITERA Oil and Gas Company, including up to 4 684.64 million cu m from Beregovoye field, and up to 705.36 million cu m from Pyreinoye field.
